Audio Logo Project – About the Work
This project involved designing a full audio branding identity for OLT Express, including the composition of a distinctive audio logo and several sound logo variations. The goal was to create a short, recognizable sound signature that could be used across different media touchpoints such as TV spots, radio ads, airport announcements, and online platforms.
OLT Express was a Polish airline, and the sonic identity had to reflect characteristics associated with travel, clarity, trust, and motion. The music and sound design needed to support the brand’s positioning while being emotionally engaging, subtle, and easily adaptable.
Audio Branding – Scope of Work & Creative Direction
The process began with the development of a core audio logo – a 3.5-second ident built around a memorable melodic motif and smooth, modern textures. From this foundation, a number of variations were created, including:
- Vocal-enhanced versions (with layered choir or vocal phrases)
- Instrumental stings with alternate endings
- Ambient logo for soft branding moments (e.g., boarding visuals, using in commercial campaigns)
The audio logo is designed to function as a sound logo, instantly identifying the brand in just a few seconds. Each version was mixed and mastered to be broadcast-ready and applicable to multiple media formats.
